Each year WMS bestows awards upon students who have gone above and beyond both in and out of the classroom. Here is a brief description of each award and how recipients are selected:

Student of the month recipients were nominated by staff and selected by grade level teams on a monthly basis. Students who are nominated exemplify the core values of being respectful, responsible, and safe in and out of the classroom.

Highest Scholastic Honors are awarded to students who have maintained a 4.0 throughout the year

Citizenship award nominees are determined based on students who received student of the month. Teachers vote to narrow the field to 3 students. The citizenship award winners are selected by their grade level peers.
