Camp Invention - Update PDF Print E-mail
Monday, February 04 2019 07:55

There are lots of questions regarding school possibly interfering with Camp Invention week, June 10-14. We are planning to keep Camp Invention the scheduled week, but may get creative and have to adjust times/dates a bit. Hopefully we will know more in the coming weeks, but will do our best to make it work without changing weeks, as we know that interferes with so many other things. Thanks for understanding!

Message from the Kirkwood Regional Center: PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, January 29 2019 07:30

Due to severe weather Kirkwood will be closed until 10 am on Thursday, January 31st. All programming will be cancelled until then. Washington Regional college credit in high school morning academy and companion courses will also be cancelled on the 31st. Afternoon academy/companion courses on the 31st will meet as scheduled.

Due to the extensive number of cancelled classes last week and this week we are communicating with high school students that it is imperative that they are checking their Kirkwood student email and TALON for updates from their instructors. Students will still be responsible for accessing their course content and keeping up in their classes, as outlined by their instructor. I ask that all instructors communicate with students what their expectations are for the next few days for keeping up in the class.
